ADENIJI ADELE (MBA, ANIVS, RSV, RPM, SCV, ANIM) – MANAGING PARTNER OF ADENIJI ADELE & ASSOCIATES.

Was born into a Christian family in Ibadan, Oyo state Nigeria, he was educated at Unity Grammar School, Igboho via Shaki, Oyo State. He attended The Polytechnic, Ibadan from where he obtained HND in Estate Management with Upper Credit in 1985. He passed Direct Final Examination of NIESV and became registered as Surveyor/Valuer. He obtained his Master Degree in Business Administration from the premier University of Ibadan. He had attended many conferences on Planning and Strategic Management, Investment Analysis Appraiser, Property Management as well as Estate Agency both at home and abroad. Mr. Adeniji Adele is an Associate Member of many National and International Professional Bodies amongst which are:

Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers.

Nigeria Institute of Management.

International Real Estate Institute.

National Association of Realtors.

Associate Member of International Facility Managers

As an Industrial Training Student, he worked in the Ministry of Lands and Housing, Ibadan Oyo State. He had his National Youth Service Experience with the Nigerian Agricultural and Co-operative Bank Limited Kaduna (Property Department).

He started his full professional career with Messrs. Oludemi Jagun Dosunmu & Co., a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers in 1986. He later joined Aribisala Properties Limited as a Senior Estate Manager. He worked with L.L. Eso & Associates as a Pioneer Manager before he finally established Delmac & Co. which later metamorphosed into Adeniji Adele & Associates. He is married and blessed with children.

SUNDAY A. JAIYEOLA (HND ESTATE MANAGEMENT) AMNIM

Born in Sapele, Delta State. Mr. Jaiyeola attended Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi and holds an HND in Estate Management Had his National Youth Service experience with Estate Department of Nigerian Port Authority, Delta Port, Warri, Delta State.

He is a member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (Probationer) and An Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

He started is full professional career with Ayo Fansaya & Co., a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He later joint Diya Fatimilehin & Co., where he rose to the position of Head of Valuation Department before joining Adegbemile, Agangan, Akinlosotu & Co as Head of Valuation Unit. He is presently with Adeniji Adele & Associates as Associate Surveyor

SOLA ADENIJI ADELE (HND ACCOUNTANCY) – ACCOUNT OFFICER

He was born on 14^th May, 1972 in Ibadan, Oyo State. He attended Comprehensive High School Oke Bola, Ibadan before he was admitted into Federal Polytechnic, Kebbi, Kebbi State to study accountancy. Having completed his National Diploma Program in 1995. He went to Federal Polytechnic Ilaro from where he had his HND in accountancy (1997). He is currently at the final stage of ICAN Professional examination level.

He had his National Youth Service Experience with NNPC in Kaduna and is now the Account Officer of Adeniji Adele & Associates.

MR. AUGUSTINE OKWUDILI NWAGBI

Was educated at Inyishi Community Secondary School Ikeduru, Imo State for his secondary education and The Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri for both his National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Estate Management. He was posted to Kebbi State for his NYSC Scheme between 1993 and 1994. His primary assignment was at the Department of Estate Management, The Polytechnic, Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State where he held the position of Senior Instructor in Property Development and Management.

He has held various positions in the following places: Darl Uzu & Associates, Ministry of Lands, Survey and Urban Planning Owerri, Imo State and Fysline ValueLand Company at Ebute-Metta, Lagos. He is currently with Adeniji Adele & Associates.
